SINA Climate Resilient Homes™ is an innovative residential solution from IDP Group that offers heavy steel prefabricated modular building solutions. The homes are completely self-sufficient with built-in clean energy components and can be installed anywhere in Canada, including remote locations and the Arctic permafrost. The design is compliant with the Canadian National Building Code and can be transported by air, rail or truck.
The proprietary quick-connect systems ensure that the building can be assembled on-site in less time and effort than traditional construction methods
The homes are built with fire-resistant material with other fire suppression systems available as options.
The SINA Proprietary Self Deployment System allows these modules to be offloaded & connected from a tractor-trailer without use of a crane or heavy equipment, including the adjustable precast foundation system, making them the ideal choice for arctic and remote locations.

* SINA Self-Load/Offload™ option is a proprietary structural jack design that can be added as an option to some SINA Building Systems products, allowing an entire building to be offloaded from a trailer bed and positioned in place without the use of a crane or any heavy equipment. The adjustable floating foundation system also comes in a lightweight version, allowing the entire building to stand in a remote location without the use of any earth-moving equipment or forklifts
