As a full-design general contractor we provide a variety of grass-to-finish, fully integrated infrastructure solutions, including design, manufacturing, delivery, site deployment, groundwork and installation. Our proprietary building system is modular and adaptable to different occupancies, sizes, climates and site conditions. We listen to our client’s challenges and needs and start our design process from the ground, providing solutions to problems one step at a time.

Our focus is our building system, we carry projects from inspection to finish, including managing third-party contractors and trades, material and equipment procurement, logistics, supply chain management, and more.

With significant access to internal 3PL warehousing & logistics services, we help reduce the risk of delays and cost increases by purchasing material for our projects & negotiating bulk discounts while implementing off-season purchase strategies on long-term projects and storing material at no additional cost to our clients.

• Built with fire rated material, including built-in fire suppression with option of clean agent, foam or water
