SINA ADDSS – Autonomous Delivery Depot & Service Station™
ADDSS is an autonomous smart aerodrome, repair garage and warehouse/fulfillment center that can receive, unload, recharge, and perform inspections on drones and autonomous land vehicles while providing a secured, temperature-controlled environment to perform a variety of operations.
ADDSS comes with optional built-in clean energy generation components, including solar, wind, battery banks, and Complete Heat & Power generation units, providing up to 95% complete fuel efficiency.
ADDSS can accommodate a variety of autonomous and piloted land/air/water vehicles.
It is designed to sustain harsh conditions and to operate in remote and arctic parts of Canada.
The heavy-duty insulated floor system can support vehicles up to 20 tons while distributing the weight across the ground and frame and maintaining a min 12” clearance with the frozen ground below to avoid the melting of permafrost layers.
The foundation system is adjustable from inside the building, eliminating the need to crawl under the building for seasonal permafrost movement checks.
A 3000 sqft ADDSS building can be operational from grass to finish, including all its systems under 8 weeks.

* SINA Self-Load/Offload™ option is a proprietary structural jack design that can be added as an option to some SINA Building Systems products, allowing an entire building to be offloaded from a trailer bed and positioned in place without the use of a crane or any heavy equipment. The adjustable floating foundation system also comes in a lightweight version, allowing the entire building to stand in a remote location without the use of any earth-moving equipment or forklifts
