SINA Proprietary Structural Wall Systems™, a world’s first, allows site installation of open-concept, multi-story, large-scale commercial buildings in a fraction of the time compared to traditional and other methods of prefabricated construction.
A 3000 square foot facility can be installed from grass to finish in under 30 days.
The steel-core structural wall system ships to the site 95% finished with all components installed, including mechanical, electrical, interior and exterior finishes, insulation, seismic bracing, foundation connection hardware and proprietary panel levelling system, allowing 40’ long panel at 10,000 lbs of weight to be levelled to perfection in a fraction of a time before connecting to the foundation.
SINA Structural Wall Systems includes integration of HVAC PODs, Energy PODs, and Bathroom PODs and integrates fully with other SINA products.
It can be installed on top of a traditional concrete slab foundation or take advantage of different types of available SINA Flooring Systems.
For defence use, the structural wall system will come fully equipped with blast-proof window options and well as ballistic steel wall inserts with an available profile thickness profile of 4” to 20” deep and from 10’ up to 50’ long per panel.

* SINA Self-Load/Offload™ option is a proprietary structural jack design that can be added as an option to some SINA Building Systems products, allowing an entire building to be offloaded from a trailer bed and positioned in place without the use of a crane or any heavy equipment. The adjustable floating foundation system also comes in a lightweight version, allowing the entire building to stand in a remote location without the use of any earth-moving equipment or forklifts
